You can raise the size exchange request on Whatsapp (91-7426946465) with ease mentioning the new required size and you will get a revert within 24-48 working hours.
For Exchanges, the product should be unused/unworn & Tag should be intact and request should be raised within 5 days of delivery. If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time. The customer will be issued a credit note, in case the desired size of the product is not in stock.
Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed
As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold. The customer gets a credit note, only when the desired size of the product is not in stock. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours of order. Please write to us at WHATSAPP(7426946465) to request a cancellation. How will I receive the credit for my money when the desired size of the exchange product is not available?
The credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use in the next 30 days on the Sanskruti homes website. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go. NOTE - DONT ASK FOR NEW CREDIT NOTE IF EXPIRED
Can I exchange a part of my order?
Yes. You can exchange any products that are eligible for exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Please do note some items are not returnable or exchangeable.
My garment does not fit me. What can I do?
If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange with the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you with any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to get a credit note to buy something else.
