• You can raise the size exchange request on Whatsapp (91-7426946465) with ease mentioning the new required size and you will get a revert within 24-48 working hours.
• Once acknowledged by the team during the next working day, please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have a reverse pickup facility. Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. SANSKRUTI HOMES will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
• Customer has to ship the product back to  sanskrutihomes office at her/his own risks, costs & responsibility within 5 days of receipt of the product.
• For  Exchanges, the product should be unused/unworn & Tag should be intact and request should be raised within 5 days of delivery.
  If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time. The customer will be issued a credit note, in case the desired size of the product is not in stock.
• The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.

• 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
